Refund Policy

Payments for PedalRealm are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes refunds.

Subscriptions

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you'll get it in full. After that, cancel any time to stop the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

Lifetime

Lifetime can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.

How to ask

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net. You can also write to hello@pedalrealm.com. A refund ends the Premium it paid for.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
