Payments for PedalRealm are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes refunds.

Subscriptions

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within [14] days of a payment and you'll get it in full. After that, cancel any time to stop the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

Lifetime

Lifetime can be refunded in full within [14] days of purchase.

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net. You can also write to [contact email]. A refund ends the Premium it paid for.

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
