These terms cover your use of PedalRealm (the website, the browser game and the apps), provided by [your full legal name or company name], [address, Indonesia] ("we"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.

Payments through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Accounts

You need an account for Premium. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Plans

• Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment for Premium for as long as PedalRealm is offered.
• Prices are shown at checkout, including any tax Paddle collects for your country.

Using PedalRealm safely

Indoor cycling is strenuous exercise. Check with a doctor before starting a training programme, and stop if you feel unwell. Power, speed and training figures are estimates, not medical advice.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or share your account. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We keep improving PedalRealm and may change or end features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so on this page and, for paying customers, by email.

Liability

PedalRealm is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
